Your order usually ships on the next business day.  We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Smaller crystals are mailed USPS and shipping costs can range from $5 - $15 Larger crystals will be shipped by USPS and those rates vary according to destination and weight.  Once shipping costs are ascertained, you will be informed before charging your card. Return Policy You may return any item that does not satisfy you completely within 10 days from the date of invoice, provided it is the original condition with the original packaging.  We will be glad to make an exchange or return your payment.  After 10 days, merchandise may be returned for credit only and is subject to a 20% restocking fee.  Before you return anything, you must call Living Crystals for an authorization to return.
