Your order usually ships on the next business day. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Shipping costs vary, depending on method. We select the most efficient shipper for each method, depending on destination. Our primary shipping method is USPS and is determined by weight. We may also ship by UPS.

Important Note: Shipping and handling charges for orders in excess of $100 may be adjusted to reflect actual shipping costs. This adjustment may increase or decrease the cost reflected on our shipping tables due to variances in weight, carrier, and destination.

SHIPPING OPTIONS - USA, PR & CANADA

We cannot ship to the following address types: GET Office box addresses. Also, please note that some delivery methods may not be available to some remote locations.

Standard: We use UPS Ground In the United States, "standard" shipments should be received within 3 to 7 business days. We use a tracking number on all UPS shipments. As an alternative we use USPS.

2nd Day Air: For this option, we use UPS 2nd Day services. Second day air shipments should be received within 2 to 3 business days of placing your order.

Next Day Air: We use UPS Standard Overnight or USPS Overnight for next day deliveries. We designate "next business day deliveries," which in most cases means delivery will occur on a business day in the afternoon. In order to ship your order on same day as order placement, we must receive your order by 12:00 AM Noon PST. If you require a Saturday Delivery, please contact us at orders@livingcrystals.com as there is an additional surcharge for this service.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship internationaly using either UPS (4 - 6 days), if available, and US Air Parcel Post (6 to 10 days) for the rest. Shipment dates are estimates only.

Customs Charges
We are required by law to reveal the contents of international packages and to state the full value of the shipment, even if the package contains a gift. Customs charges may be levied when the package reaches your country. Living Crystals is not responsible for these charges and cannot provide estimates as to what these charges may be. You may wish to contact your local customs office for further information.

CANADA, ALASKA and HAWAII:
Canada Shipments: A $2.00 surcharge is added to Canadian Orders. Standard shipping to Canada is via USPS. Use the US standard shipping cost tables to calculate shipping costs to Canada, and add the $2.00 shipping surcharge.

Alaska and Hawaii: A $2.00 surcharge is added to Alaska and Hawaii Orders. Standard shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is via USPS Priority Mail. Use the US standard shipping cost tables to calculate shipping costs to Alaska and Hawaii, and add the $2.00 shipping surcharge.
